THE ERIC GOODBODY
SPARKLER
CLEVELAND On Wednesday and Thursday evenings April 21st and 22nd at 11:30 p.m., the team of Lota Goodbody and Eric Boroush will present a very different kind of entertainment package to patrons of the Shaker Club. With musical characters ranging from the likes of David Bowie to Liza Minnelli, the show is tastefully spliced with Lily Tomlinesque humor. Preliminary reports indicate the production is highly imaginative.
Lota Goodbody, a 300 lb.

dynamo, established such good rapport with the audience at her Shaker Club premier performance that she received three standing ovations. Eric, of course, is known to many Cleveland area gays as. a prominent disc jockey and respected guitarist.
The untitled show sports no cover charge and no mimimum If your musical tastes are eclectic and your interest high in experimental gay entertainment, this production is not one you should miss.

APOLOGY
I am deeply sorry if my error has caused you any inconvenience or discomfort.
The after Dark Cocktail Lounge's Irish. Bash was scheduled for and held on Saturday, March 13. Unfortunately, because of my oversight, this date did not appear in their advertisement in the March High Gear.
After Dark provided an excellent buffet with music by Desiree, all hosted by Lady Z on the thirteenth. I regret that my mistake might have caused you to miss the fun.
The ad copy which After Dark gave the newspaper did contain the correct date. Please do not hold any animosity toward them because it was not their fault. The management of After Dark has gone to a considerable expense to provide a fun night and something different for the gay community. I hope that you will encourage this by patronizing After Dark and enjoy yourself.
Sincerely, Matt Phillips, High Gear Advertising Coordinator
